To finalize land and designs, the first step is to verify the ownership of the land and conduct a survey. Then, detailed architectural and engineering designs are developed, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. For government approvals, applications for zoning, land use permits, building permits, and environmental clearances must be submitted. To secure community approvals, consultations and meetings with local residents are organized to address their concerns and gain their support for the project.

To begin construction of 10 homes, the first step is to clear the land, prepare the site, and establish necessary utilities and infrastructure. After this, the foundation is laid, followed by framing, structural work, and the installation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. When Phase 1 housing reaches 50% completion, it means that half of the initial work—such as structural framing, roofing, and the installation of key systems—has been finished, and the project is on track for further interior work and final touches.

To complete first-phase construction, all the remaining work such as interior finishes (painting, flooring, cabinetry), installation of appliances, and final inspections are carried out. Once the homes pass all quality checks and receive occupancy certificates, they are considered ready for move-in. After that, the homes are allocated to 10 families by ensuring a fair process, which could include prioritizing based on need, income levels, or lottery, and then providing keys and moving assistance to the families.

To evaluate the impact, assess the success of the first phase by gathering feedback from the families, local community, and stakeholders regarding living conditions, infrastructure, and any challenges faced. Analyze the environmental, social, and economic impacts, such as traffic, utility demand, and community integration. Based on this assessment, adjustments may be made for the next phase. For the next phase, finalize the design plans for 40 additional homes by considering any necessary modifications from feedback, updating infrastructure needs, ensuring zoning and regulatory compliance, and securing funding and permits. Afterward, a timeline and construction schedule are set to begin the next phase.
